Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, the item number and a brief description of the pieces. We will confirm your order by email, telephone, or fax.

The jewelry in our Boutique is subject to prior sale. We will hold your jewelry pieces for 24 hours in order to arrange for payment. Your payment must be received within 7 days of your order or the pieces will be returned to inventory.

Heirloom Jewels accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express), or payment may be made by check, money order, or cashiers check. All payments must be made in US funds. Maryland residents please add 5% sales tax (or provide resale certificate). Payments should be sent to Heirloom Jewels, The Village of Cross Keys, 5100 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21210.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not included in the list price. All items will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Charged items will be shipped immediately. Purchases made by check, money order, or cashiers check will be shipped as soon as the check has been processed by the bank.

Heirloom Jewels has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions and prices in our Boutique. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections in this information, and shall not be held liable, should an error occur.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money.

To receive a full refund or credit (minus the shipping charges), you must notify us by email or telephone within two days of receiving the jewels. You then have three days to return the jewelry pieces to us. The jewelry must be returned using the same method of shipment, including pre-payment of insurance for the full value of the pieces. The pieces must be in the same original condition without any alterations or damage. Upon inspection, we will issue a refund or credit within 7 days of receipt of the pieces.
